Application

 

Main body is structure steel, whose surface is packed by stainless steel. The machine window’s frame is from SUS304 stainless steel. The feet of stand is from SUS304 also, and its height is adjustable

Major electrical components used in Japan Mitsubishi PLC, inverter and proximity switches, Siemens of Germany’s Simulation output and solenoid valves of South Korea, it is all designed to the most reasonable configurations by the experienced electrical engineers of our company. The whole production speed can be in accordance with the requirements in the touch screen set, all common automatic fault alarm, and the corresponding location of the fault reason, according to the severity of failure, PLC automatically determine whether the host can continue to run or stop.

 

 

Rotary filling part

 

The filling system adopts isobaric filling principle. The liquid material tank is from stainless steel, inside or outside mirror polished. It is equipped with level controller. These valves are suitable for filling the beer.

 

 

Rotary capping part

Canned beer or beverage filling line:

The can filler and seamer are designed integratively. The moving of the filler is driven by the seamer, which ensures the stability of the filling level, and reduce the oxygen content in cans. All the components that have contact with the beverage materials are made of stainless steel.

The carton case packer is a full automatic packing machine with German MEYPACK technology. It has many functions, such as the conveying of cans, collocation, encasement, carton case forming, glue spraying, electrical automatic control and so on.

The conveyor system can control the forward speed of the cans according to the operating condition of every single machine in the processing line. This design avoids the jam and deformation problems that are usually caused by the extrusion of the cans.
