As agreed by both parties, equipment shall be delivered from Seller’s factory to the buyer\'s for 60 working days after payment of deposit.
6. Terms of Payment:
100% T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight, buyer shall pay 50% of the contract price as deposit after signing the contract, another 50% before the equipment is transported to the Buyer.
