  Components of the production line   Part 1: Flat dripper selection, delivery and inserting system.    1. Dripper storage and selection device  Use two trays to select emitters, ensure sufficient emitters supply when the assemble line in high speed. The maximum selection speed is 400 pieces per minute.       1. 2.  Track for delivery emitters Use high pressure air delivery, it divided into upper blowing method and down blowing method. Upper blowing method is for tile type emitter selection; down blowing method is for station type  emitter selection. The tracks can provide emitters with high-speed and stable performance. 3. Flat dripper delivery and inserting device The device can control different spaces between emitters. The following are the spaces can be adjusted: 150mm, 200mm, 250mm, 300mm, 400mm, 500mm.   Part 2: Extruder  1. The screw is made of nitride steel (38GrMALA), the surface is nitrogen treated to make it hardness.  The extruder of the equipment is comprised of the extruding screw of f65,33: l, the quality of screw and screw barrel are higher than the national standard required.  2. The warming is controlled by PID proportional control in the fluctuation at ±0.5℃ and warmed into seven segment to ensure stable production of the dripping tube.  3. The semi-auto Net-change machine, when pressure contrast reach to desired value, it means remind the operator to change filter net.  Operator may change filter net by touch the filter net control button.  The whole process only takes about 1-2 minutes, it is very efficient work. 4. The main-motor use 37KW direct current motor,  5. Reducer casing use hard gear, surface gear, self-lubricating, and not make any noise.   Part 3: Vacuum calibration system 1. The water container is controlled by gearing chain, guiding by straight-line slide-way, this can increase accuracy for the equipment and stable operation for the water container.  2. To avoid tube rotation during production, we make a special device and given tube a treatment.  When tubes pass through this device will not rotated itself, therefore ensure drilling accuracy. 3. Water pump use GRUNDFOS products made in Denmark, and Xinhuan vacuum pump, increase stable performance and reliable equipment. 4. Vacuum cooling water use small closed loop circulation method; it has electrical heater and industrial water cooling machine, attach a filter device. Auto adjustment for hot and cold water. The filter device for the closed circulation system in machine nose modular could save soft water 0.5 m/per day, this may reduce running cost. 5. All parts which connect to the water are made of stainless steel.  Water tank is a special design unit, it save time when operations.   Part 4: Second cooling device (Two sets) 1. The whole equipment made of stainless steel. Cooling time depends on requirement, and may increase and decrease. 2. Install double dryer device to dry drip tube, use less air when machine runs, but it still remove water on the tube.   Part 5: Traction machine A special traction machine use double rube caterpillar only for produce drip tube.  This equipment use closed loop structure, it has comprehensive safety measure, and it has an orientation device at entry and exit area. The clearance between caterpillar belts can be adjusted.  AC servocontrol system is DELTA made in TAIWAN. Maximum running speed can reach 120m/min, it has high accuracy rate when assembly operations.
          Part 6: Punching machine.  1. The machine has mechanical slot drilling device which applied international patent technology, is an upgraded and modified automatic tracing punching type. The punching device and emitter detection device can be adjusted according the traction speed. The system is not limited by production speed, with unique system process, and the punching frequency will be at 400 pieces/min, compare with other drilling method, it has the following features: quick adjustment, accuracy, reliable, low cost for operation and stable performance, suit for auto production assembly line. 2. Punning knife for produce thick tube has been improved, toss scrap method is used for this device, and it is very efficient.  3. Punching machine can drill on different tubes; whole spaces can be adjusted, such as 150mm, 500mm,  4. This punching machine use wheel detection, will not damage surface of tube. 5. Complete new scrap inhale device, which inhale all scrap during production, it is very slinky and useful.   Part 7: Winding machine.  1. Use long arm packing method. Rolling tray, motor use servo system, increase stable performance. 2. Touch screen operation and control, easy monitor and direct observation. 3. Use tension detection and controlled by sliding resistance electrical induction, tension control very delicate, and detection has very high accuracy rate.   Part 8: Electrical equipments. 1. DELTA PLC, Frequency inverter, touch screen;  2. Chint electrical units 3. acoustic-optical warning 4. Data recording 5. Error recording                6. Production calculation 7. Power distribution cabinet
