ZY9228 is the CNC automatic key teeth cutting machine, it is suitable for working the single-side keys of brass or free-cutting steel key black, and uses PLC control, servo mator and pneumatic clamp as the excutive components.The machine can work with magazince feeder or with vibrator feeder by automatically, and the fixture is the pneumatic clamp. The asembly process consists of automatic key feeding, code stamping, positioning inspection, key cutting , key edge scraping, bur cleaning, assortment unloading and ringing. The waste material will be recycled by the vacuum cleaner. All these procedures are going on at the same time to save the time, and every worker can operate 2-3 machines to have a high production efficiency.
