Automatic Adjustable C Z Purlin Profiling Machine

CZ purlins and similar profiles like U profile, eave C girder, C post Can be made by one adjustable roll forming machine. The change between C and Z can be fastly handled, just turn rollers of some passes 180 degree, the adjusting of different C/Z sizes is automatic.

Main features of Automatic exchangeable CZ roll forming machine:
1.Change between C and Z : turn rollers of some stations 180 degree on operator side.between C and Z change, a skilled worker can do it within 30minutes.
2. The change between C/Z purlin sizes (C80~C300, Z120—Z300)  is forming stations sliding on linear rails driven by motor reducer controlled by push button on operator console. the C or Z size change within about 10minutesxu
3. Rolling station: total 20 forming stations(16 through shafts forming stations), 3 stations rectifying
4. strip entry guide and leveler: one pair of press roller, two pairs of vertical side guide rollers, 7 leveling rollers.
5. Forming rollers: Cr12 (or Cr12MoV) high quality steel finely machined, quenching treatment HRC58-62. before normally use bearing steel GCr15, the cost of Cr12 is three times of GCr15, this change improve roller wearable capacity and expand roller life.
6. forming speed: 15-38m/min, main motor 30KW hydraulic motor or 22KW AC motor.
7. main shafts: Ф85mm fixed part and moving part Ф70mm, 45# steel quenching & tempering treatment, finely machined and ground, which improves squareness and anti-bending strength.
8. Punching and cutting: hydraulic automatic punching and cutting, freely adjust combined cutting blade according to C/Z sizes
9. Completely automatic C Z purlin machine including the 180 degree exchange between C and Z, just press one button.
10. fast speed track cutting: can cut purlins to length at speed up to 50-60m/min.
