The main products are: structural seamless steel pipe, low and medium pressure boiler seamless steel pipe, high pressure boiler seamless steel pipe, high pressure fertilizer equipment seamless steel pipe, oil cracking seamless steel pipe, stainless heat resistant seamless steel pipe, hydraulic cylinder hot rolling seamless steel pipe, fluid transmission seamless steel pipe, casing and coupling, gas bottle seamless pipe and etc., among which 70,000 tons are high grade seamless pipes need to be heat treated.  φ89,φ219,φ340 hot rolling mills:φ89 mill  adopts tow roll cone type piercing—six stand semi floating mandrel MPM—24 stands stretch reducing process, main production facilities were imported from Germany, the overall facility level reaches the international advanced level; φ340 production line adopts the two roll cone type piercer—five stands retained mandrel bar MPM—12 stands sizing mill , it also configured with high level on line heat treatment facilities and specialized purpose usage pipe finishing line, there are multi functioned and multilayer on line wall thickness, length , OD measureing and NDT facilities, the piercer, MPM and sizing mill were imported from Germany, the overall technical facilities stands for today’s leading position in the world. φ219 mill adopts two roll cone type piercing—three roll pipe rolling-dual 12 stands reduction process, there are multi functioned and multilayer on line wall thickness, length , OD measuring and NDT facilities  φ50 cold drawing line:it adopts peircer, pickling, high precision cold drawing machine, continuous annealing, high precision 17 roll straightener.       OCTG processing line:it has pipe end upsetting machine, water quenching facility, gas tempering furnace, straightener and other equipment; Two casing processing lines: there are quenching heating furnace, tempering furnace, six roll straightener, NDT facilities, Hydro static testing machine, numerical control threading machine, coupling screwing on machine, the main products were imported from Belgium, Janpan and other countries, it has the capability to process OCTG with various sizes and threads.
