It is weaved with 100% continuous filament polyester and nylone fiber and double knitted thru interlock when weaving which makes more efficient cleaning and reduces likelihood of cross contamination of critical surfaces.   Technical Specification
KB-9001 polyester cleanroom wiper is double knitted with 98% polyester and 2% active carbon fiber. It is soft, tear resistant and water absorbent, suitable for wiping sensitive surface. The fiber will not be taken off after friction. It is divided into ordinary wiper and superfine fiber wiper whose edge sealing is carried out by laser or ultrasonic wave. After washing in 18MΩ pure water system and packaged in the ISO 5-6 (class 100-1000), the wiper is suitable for class 1000 to 10000 environments.
