Main application: This line is composed of QCL120 (100,80) vertical washing machine, KSZ620/60(620/43) sterilizing & drying tunnel, AGF12(10A,10,8) filling & sealing machine. The improved type is suitable for not only ampoules but also vials production. Characteristic: It adopts ultrasonic washing and washing by alternant jetting water and airflow. In whole washing process, three washing mediums adopt independent needles, each group of needle only flush one washing medium, avoids cross contamination, which meets GMP requirement much more.
