Product Description Huarui  aluminum honeycomb is adhesively-bonded of the aluminum foil, which produces one of the highest strength/weight and the highest surface-to –volume ratio of any structural material. Our aluminum honeycomb is made from 3003H18 and 5052H18 aluminum alloy foil.

Factory Photos Adhesive line printing machines Huarui has 8 sets of adhesive line printing machines which contributes to 100K m2 of honeycomb core per month.
Adhesive line to be printed in a clean, closed and air conditioning house. Once the lines are printed, the foil is cut to size and stacked together.

Q: How long is your delivery time? A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the raw material is in stock. or it is 15-30 days if raw material is not in stock, it is according to quantity.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ? A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
Q: What is your terms of payment ? A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.  LC at sight is acceptable.
