Folded Fins are the basic components of heat exchanger, which are important heat transfer element. Main radiator fin type: offset fin/staggered Fins, straight fin/ plain fin, perforated fin, louvered fin, corrugated fin/wavy fin.  From material, there are aluminum fins, copper fins, stainless steel fins and more.  We have hundreds of existing fin molds which produce turbulator /internal fins, external fin with different fin specification. We mainly have three series of fin production lines.  First and foremost fin production lines are for most heat exchanger fins fin height from 2~11.5mm, fin pitch (one pitch) from 1~5mm, fin thickness 0.3mmm max for aluminum. Second fin production lines are for heavy duty heat exchange fins such as stainless steel fins 0.2mm max. Third fin production lines are for high heat exchanger fins, max fin height 17mm/40mm. We focus on supply high quality heat exchanger fins which depends on professional and rich experience of fin engineers and advanced fin production machines. The full set of fin production line can automatically and stably work which ensures good fin shape and fin precision. We uphold customize radiator fins upon clients' specific demands.
