General description

It has the distinctive features of reasonable structure, beautiful appearance and reliable performance.

2. Overview of equipment

This leveler is unparallel seven-layer type. It consists of rack, working roller, screw-down part, inclined angle adjusting part, drive system, lubricating system, electrical system and etc. This leveler has reasonable structure and is easy to operate and maintain.

1.Rack

The rack adopts the design of gantry frame and integrates the working roller, lifting system and inclined angle adjusting system.

The rack is integrated type and is welded by canbon steel.

After the treatment of sand blasting and tempering, the quality of machine`s surface is greatly improved and its working accuracy is guaranteed. All the parts are made of Q345 steel plate.

2.Working roller

 The working roller is the key part of this leveler. It consists of working roller and support roller. Adopting the multi-roller leveling, the steel plate is repeatedly deformed between upper and lower rollers in order to achieve perfect leveling performance. The leveling roller is made of high-quality steel (60CrMo). Treatment is as follows: Forging-flaw detection-blanking-rough machining-tempering-semi-finish machining-midium-frequency quenching-fine grinding. The quenching hardness is HRC58-62 and the surface roughness is Ra0.8. With its distinctive features of high rigidity, high strength, wear resistance, no obvious brightness decay and etc, it can ensure the leveling precision of steel plate.

3.Inclined angle adjusting part

The inclined angle adjusting part consists of adjusting motors (at entrance and exit), drive system and etc. It is used to adjust opening difference at the feed end and discharge end in order to achieve perfect leveling performance. Inclined angle adjusting system consists of two motors, turbine worm reducer, drive shaft and etc.

4. Movable beam

Upper straightening roller, support roller and lifting drive system are installed on the beam. Upper working roller, support roller are installed on the downside of beam. Four springs, and balancing mechanism which is used to reduce the gap between ball screw and nut are installed on the upper side of beam. When the screw box spins, the beam, upper working roller and support roller can move up and down by using the slide guide surface on both sides.

5. Screw-down mechanism

Screw-down mechanism is installed on the rack and the upper side of beam. It is used to move the upper working roller up and down and adjust the opening between upper working roller and lower working roller in order to handle steel sheets with different thickness. Displacement transducer is used to measure the screwing down of upper roller. It is driven by motor to move the upper working roller installed on the beam through worm, gear, ball screw and nut. The reducer is cylindrical worm reducer and the ball screw is made of 40Cr steel. Upper and lower travel switch are installed to control the limit stroke automatically.

6. Cardan shaft

Cardan shaft connects distribution box and working rollers. It can easily connect different pitches and facilitate the up and down of upper roller.

7.Transmission system

Transmission system consists of DC motor, reducer, distribution box and foundation. The distribution box doesn`t have reducer and is only responsible for distributing and transmitting power.

8.Lubricating system

Lubricating system consists of oil filter, separator and etc. It supplies lubricant to all the parts of machine that need to be lubricated. It`s centralized manual type.
