The production process of Alloy aluminum seamless steel elbow.

First the aluminum steel elbow forming process uses a special seamless steel elbow pusher to push the alloy steel elbow, then used the core mold and heating equipment, so that the blanks placed on the mold move forward under the push of the pusher, after that the aluminum elbows will be heated, expanded, and bent in motion. Then aluminum 1060 elbow will be marking and paniting. At last the alloy steel elbow will be packed with plywood cases or pallets.
