Electrostatic Air Cleaner
BK Series electron air cleaner combines electron collecting plates and filter screens. Besides the standard items, we provide custom-made designs; Also we offer optional filter screens of active carbon and cold accelerant which absorbs BHC, HCHO, and NH3 distinctly.
We specially designed three series for the fan scroll AC sys, which could be fixed at back-draft and uptake port, flue and intake port. Our BK Series Electron Air-Cleaner does bring hi-efficiency to the AC sys. Meanwhile, by our aborative and eco-friendly designed, BK Series makes the environment green and refreshing

Operating Principle
BK Series Compound Electron Air Cleaner purifies the air in the spaces, by the theory of circulation, it consists of metal filter screen, hi-pressure ionizer, dust chamber, cold-accelerant filter screen and active carbon filter screen.
The big size dust motes are filtrated by the metal screen, the small ones are charged to positive when entering the ionized region with air (HF converting tech output 8200V, steady/constant DC, form into Heavy electric field). The positive motes are absorbed to the negative charged plates (output 4100V steady/constant Hi-tension DC), the bacterium, virus, and other microbes are killed by the striking current in the electric field
Filter screens of active carbon and cold accelerant can decompose gaseous infectants, such as HCHO, H2S, and NH3. The air is purified and enters the room.

The dual-part style includes ionizing part and collecting part. A series of tungsten filament and opposite earthing plates constitute the ionizing part. The dirt motes are charged P/N by the ionizer.
A series of parallel plates constitute the collecting part. The plates are charged by hi-tension DC (same electrode as ionizer, half voltage), form the electric field. Charged corpuscles are attracted by earthing plates, simultaneously repelled by charged plates. Thus, the dirt motes are easily removed.
Blower fans behind the collecting parts force the air flowing at a certain speed. The air flow through the collecting parts at low and steady speed.

Theoretically, the electrical power of the particles in the ionizing field are in proportion to the electrical amperage and electric field intensity, the power is 3000 times to the gravity of the 1um particles with density 1, while the power is 300 times to the gravity of the 10um particles with density 1, which explains the hi-efficiency of the dual-part series



Electrostatic Air Purifiers
Fixed on the air-ports of the AC system is specially designed for the cleaning of returning and circling air in the rooms and other spaces. The air circles in the AC system through uptake/intake ports, and cleaned by the purifiers fixed in the pipelines. Most dust and bacteria are collected and killed by the purifiers after the first circulation. While some dust and bacteria remain in the returning air, in the second the afterward circulations, all the remained harmful substances are removed. We do tailor-made designs according to the special requirements from customers, our additional spare parts include, Activated Carbon Filter Screens, Cold-Accelerant which is functional for removing the Sulfid, BHC, NH3, HCHO, and bad smell in the air.
