Air conditioning electromagnetic clutch bearings are sealed double row angular contact ball bearings, which special designed in seal structure, raceway groove and steel balls with main parameters, selection of raw materials, and the heat treatment, especially the selection of the grease, etc. These pertinently satisfied specific requirements of bearings, as high operating ambient temperature, high sealing requirements, big axial force, and working surface easy to produce white flaking that affected by magnetic field, etc.

APPLICATION FEATURES

1. Outer ring running;

2. Ambient temperature above 130 ℃, and the actual working temperature exceeds 160 ℃;

3. Surrounding of bearings filled with water vapor, dust;

4. Use in high-temperature and alpine region;

5. Affected by magnetic field acts, prone to have white flaking of groove;

6. In the pull in and separation process of clutch, bearing under an axial force exceeds 300N's;

7. Operate of belt transmission; the rotation speed of bearings change frequently

during operation; force direction changes with belt swing; magnitude of load

changes frequently -- under a greater impact of variable speed and variable load.

1. High requirement of sealing durability:Not allow water vapor, dust leaking into the bearing for a long time;

2. High requirement of high-speed operation performance;

3. Excellent thermal stability at -40 ℃ ~ 180 ℃;

4. Starting torque:select medium contact seals;

5. Long service life:in accordance with the requirements of electromagnetic

clutch bearings, testing life required more than 500h.

DESIGN STRUCTURES

1. Sealed with tri-lips medium contact structure-- having a high sealing performance, and suitable for high-speed operation;

2. Using engineering plastic cages with oil reservoir structured                                         -- effectively increase the lubrication capability of bearings;

3. Optimize the groove curvature of outer ring and the raceway of inner ring-- suitable for high-speed and axial movement; 

4. Raceway machined by diamond wheel machining, that effectively controlled dimension difference and curvature difference of raceway.
