1.Brief Introduction
AIGER Disc Filter for Agriculture Irrigation System-200um has a highly efficient backwash, automatic continuous production. Poor: Underground water extracted from poor quality aquifer, effluent water after effective sedimentation, none or seldom biological treatment , surface Very poor :Dirty well water or well water containing high iron and manganese; surface water affected by flood and without sedimentation ,drain water without sedimentation ,and biological treatment .

4.ADC Controller ADC Controller is designed for disc filter, it is controlled by a microcomputer controller and a pressure signal distributor, and fixed in the IP65 waterproof box . Microcomputer program controller can be sent to start time interval, the differential pressure signal of startup, external mandatory start signal control methods to control the filter backwashing function. Pressure signal distributor is a dominated by rotary pilot valve guiding the liquid or gas pressure source. By switching the filter backwashing valve open and close it powers the systems automatic control of the filter unit in backwashing function.

Using patented technologies we provide safe, efficient ,water and space saving technology and less routine maintenance. Filter cartridge is designed without springs. While in filtration the inlet water pressure compacts the set of discs automatically, thus the pressure required for backwash is decreased greatly. Unique built-in duckbill valve ensures the maximum water capacity during the filtration process, as well as back flow check valve function while in backwash process . The split assembly cartridge design is flexible when meeting height requirements, adjusting filtration area ,and meeting different system requirement. Giving up conventional metal clamps, our filter unit is designed with a self locking buckle and seal ring ,making assembly and disassembly quick easy. Every filter unit has filtration and backwash process indicating devices and automatic air intake and discharge devices preventing water hammer, as well as improving filter cartridge backwash.
