 AAC Production Line Process

4, Quite to it in a certain temperate until the base body reach certain hardness.

5, Use the sling to carry mould and base body to cutting machine, the sling turn the mould 90 degree in the air, and one side of the mould become the bottom plate to support the base body.

6, Put the base body to hardening car and open mould, then the base body was cutted in six-side. First vertical level and then horizontally cutting.

7, Use the semi-product sling to carry the block to autoclave, and after steaming under high pressure and temperate for 8 hours, the product can be carried out.
