Product Description Water-based Metallic Paint is made up of acrylic emulsion and colorful pigment and other additives , it is a kind of single component product. It is adhesive, very hard , perfect corrosion resistant, easy to clean and has long time life span. It is a new style coatings for interior and exterior wall.

Specification Technical Data:

1.Color: All the metallic color , Gloss:High gloss, semi-gloss and matte gloss.

2.Storage: Between 5°C-35°Cdry and shady and cool place, it could be 12 months, some special color series has very short storage time, only about 2 months.

3.Package: 1L(1KG)-TIN;20L(20KGS)-TIN

4.Matched Products: Specialized primer paint, relieve paint and water-based covering finish paint.
Usage: Application to interior and exterior wall, cement decorative component, gypsum component, wooden and hotel and KTV ,business club etc.

Application Steps: 

1.Top surface processing: Make sure the wall surface is smooth, dry and clean, without oil ,floating ash or other contamination.

2. Put putty: Put putty one or two coatings according to the wall surface flatness.

3. Brush primer paint: Use professional tool to brush the sealled primer paint , dosage:6-8m2/KG, it will take about 60minutes to dry .

4. Spray or roll the relieve multi-layer coatings and design different style , dosage: 2-3kgs/m2

5. Spray the Metallic paint , dosage:0.15-0.2kg/ m2

6. Spary the water-based covering finish paint to protect the surface, dosage: 0.18-0.2kg/ m2
