THICKNESS SUGGESTION

Choose the proper rubber flooring underlay according to your residential climate, temperature and the quantity of the floor.

Thickness of the film foam should be controlled between 1.5-4mm.

USAGE ENVIRONMENT

1. Floor installation environment temperature should be controlled above 10 °C and RH from 40% to 80%. The room should not be water seepage and leaking. Laminate flooring is unfavorable in the bathroom, sauna room, restroom and public places where such worse environment.

2. Ground moisture content shouldn't surpass 20%. If not, moisture treatment is necessary. Brushing waterproof coating and laying plastic film moisture-proof approaches can be used.

3. Surface flatness should satisfy the paving requirements. Test the surface with 2m running rule. The maximum chord between the ground and running rule should be ≤5mm.

4. Inside corner in 200mm between the wall and the ground should be perpendicular to each other, smooth, ruggedness < 1mm/m, exceed error partial is required to leveled out by cement or dry power.

5. The surface should be clean and no debris.

6. The cement ground should be no cracking phenomenon.
