Characters:

It is irregular scroll-shaped, 5-15cm long, 0.4-1.4cm in diameter and 0.2cm thick. The surface is gray-brown, with twisted longitudinal wrinkles and transversal long lenticel-shaped blackspots. The surface of inside is light yellow or gray-yellow and with longitudinal thin wrinkles. It is light-weight, crisp and easy to break. The cross section is irregular and gray-white.The gas is fragrant and the taste is a little spicy and bitter.
