   INTRODUCTION OF PMMA/ABS SHEET   ABS/PMMA composite plastic sheet is fix by abs and pmma material. ABS/PMMA plastic sheet is divided into two layers,  one layer of ABS as the base, the other layer is pmma on surface, the thickness of pmma layer about 15% thick.   ABS/PMMA plastic sheet has good impact strength, formability, stiffness, excellent aesthetic qualities, and toughness, plus general purpose, low cost material. Applications include aircraft interior trim, cassette holders, tote bins and trays, automotive parts, luggage, and more.  ABS is an extremely versatile thermoplastic. It has good chemical and stress-cracking resistance.  The strength of ABS depends on temperature. ABS is easily thermoformed and lends itself to remarkable reproduction of mold detail. Extruded ABS sheet can be easily heat formed using any conventional thermoplastic sheet forming equipment.        FEATURES OF PMMA/ABS SHEET    1). High rigidity and impact strength; 2). Excellent abrasion resistance; 3). Excellent electrical properties, moisture and creep resistance; 4). ABS/PMMA has good chemical and stress cracking resistance to inorganic salt solutions, alkalis and many acids       (Except strong oxidizing acids); 5). ABS/PMMA is easily machined to close tolerances, is tough, dimensionally stable and may be vacuum formed.       Dimensions of HIPS plastic sheet:   •Size: 630*1000 mm, 670*1000 mm, 1250*2000 mm, 610*1220 mm,            1000*1000 mm, 1250*2000 mm, 1000*2000 mm, 1250*2000 mm. •Thickness: 1.5 mm – 15 mm •Color: off-white, silver white, black, gray, blue, green, etc.   •Main properties: high impact strength, good dimensional stability, forming and machining property, high rigidity, low water absorption, good corrosion resistance, easy to joins, nontoxic, odorless, excellent chemical properties and electric  insulation property. •Application: It is applied in parts for food industry, building model, hand paddle making electronic industry part, electronic & electronic field, pharmaceuticals industry, beverage supply line, compressed air pipe, environmental pipe and chemical   industry pipe.      COMMON USE FOR PMMA/ABS SHEET   PMMA/ABS is the best and most easlly processed thermal plastic material in the plastics.
