ABS Bar Stock is an easily machined, tough, low-cost rigid material. It is High Impact Strength and Flame Retardant and Weather Resistant.    Applications

•Model building Machine Grade ABS is often used by machine shops to manufacture a prototype.   Advantages:   · Good mechanical strength, high impact strength · Resists scratching, Excellent abrasion resistance · Good electrical properties, moisture and creep resistance · High dimensional stability, good luster · Good chemical and stress cracking resistance to inorganic salt solutions, alkalis and many  acids(strong oxidizing acids is a exception).   Disadvantages: · Endurance in water ,endurance in corrosion of inorganic salt. But not endurance in organic solvent. · ABS is easily to cracked by the effects of the organic solvent. · Poor weather resistance, easily to change color and become brittle because of the sunlight.   Machining Solution: Turning,drilling,milling,sawing, die-cutting,routing, shearing with different tools or machines.    Applications: · Automotive interior and exterior · Aircraft interior trims · Home appliances · Architectural model buildings& prototype Models · Machine parts and rollers · Pipes& fittings, Trays   Specification:
