Abrasion Resistance Self-leveling water based paints

  CP-9000 is a two-component water base top coat. With water as dilution, it has no the irritating odor as the solvent base epoxy and it is more environmental friendly. It can be applied in the wet and humid areas and is mainly suitable for the floor of foodstuff, beverage factory, especially the humid ground floor.     Advantages:   1. The moisture content of the base<15%     Technical Data:   Drying time:   Touch dry: 6 hours (25℃)   Hard dry: 7days (25℃)   VOC content: <1% (mixture)   Adhesive force grade: 1   Pencil hardness (H): 6   Abrasion resistance(750g/500r, zero gravity, g)≤0.031   Engine oil and diesel oil resistant test: no change after 60 days (fully submerged)   10% sulphuric acid resistant test: no obvious change after 20 days (fully submerged)   20% NaOH resistant test: no obvious change after 30 days (fully submerged)   Shelf life: 6-12 months     Recommended Consumption:   Primer: 0.25kg/square meter   Undercoat: 0.3kg/square meter   Putty layer: 0.2kg/square meter   Top coat:0.3kg/square meter   Quartz powder: 0.2kg/square meter   Quartz Sand: 0.45kg/square meter     Application Notes:           1.    The given pot life is based on 5kg ingredients. It will shorten with increased ingredients and temperature. 2.    The application environment should be clean, dry and dustless. Control the ventilation properly during application to avoid imperfect coating performance caused by impurities. 3.    Application temperature >10℃and relative humidity <85%     Storage   Seal the can tightly and store in a cool, well-ventilated place.
