Most small stamping hardware parts is made by metal tapes, like stainless, galvanized steel, etc. For thin material, most straightening machine works well. But for thick tapes, it's not that much easy. Then we developes heavy duty straightening machine specially for thick tape material. This straightening machine is powered with AC motor and four air cylinder. AC motor drives 7 strong rollers. And Air cylinders control thickness adjustment.
