A)Select from 9x pre-programmed TPD (turns per day) settings: 360, 670, 860, 960, 1080, 1200, 1440, 1800, 2180.
B), Press TPD repeatedly and hold down until "00" displays; Then press the up or down touch controls to  choose from a range of 16-5760 TPD in increments of 16; Keeping the  touch control pressed without release will speed up the count.

1.  360 circles, which means working 120 seconds and stop 1800 seconds
2.  670 circles, which means working 120 seconds and stop 912 seconds
3. 860 circles, which means  working 120 seconds and stop 684 seconds
4. 960 circles, which means  working 120 seconds and stop 600 seconds
5. 1080 circles, which means  working 120 seconds and stop 520 seconds
6. 1200 circles, which means  working 120 seconds and stop 456 seconds
7. 1440 circles, which means  working 120 seconds and stop 360seconds

Notice:
1. Please fasten your watch strap onto the pillow before you put your watch into the winder to avoid possible scraping between watch and glass surface.
2. Please use the adaptor included with your watch winder or similar adaptor with exact same voltage output
