    The picture of stone crushing line Above configuration is designed for granite or cobble aimed at the capacity of 80t/h to 100t/h. The rock (no bigger than 500mm) is delivered to the jaw crusher by vibrating feeder for first degree crushing, in this process; the finished stone normally is at the size of 60mm to 120mm. The finished material is delivered by belt conveyer to cone crusher for second degree crushing. After this process, we will screen them, finished products will be sent to pointed area by belt conveyor, and unqualified products will be sent to cone crusher or for another processing.
The finished products will be used according the different requirement. To protect the environment, we can use dust-cleaning apparatus to reduce the dust pollution.
If the size of the material is smaller than 145 mm, the material can be delivered to cone crusher directly and no need to do the first degree crush. It is used in the hard limestone, granite, basalt, river gravel, metallurgical slag and etc. material aggregate and sands production operation and applies to water, building materials, highway, city construction and etc. industries, especially the special construction field of producing and processing of highway surface material, high grade highway pavement gravel, sand aggregate of high-speed rail way passenger line, the hydropower station sand and port and airport runway gravel and etc. At the same, According to the different technical requirements, various types of equipment are to be combined to meet customers’ requirements.
