75Cr3C2-25NiCr Thermal Spray Powder 45-90um

GP25NC-9 is a kind of Chromium carbide thermal spray powder, with the composition of 75% Cr3C2+25%NiCr, the particle size is 45-90um. The powder shape is spherical due to the manufacturing process of agglomerated and sintered. It is one of HVOF powder which could be applied with both HVOF/HVAF with excellent high temperature resistance which allows it to be performed under the temperature up to 850°C, so it is often used for coating engine piston ring in marine industry in order to extend the service life and prevent corrosion under damp salty environment like sea water.
