5ml 48 Cavities Syringe Mould Making

Hypodermic syringes are widely used in healthcare industry. The syringe is composed of plunger, barrel and gasket. They are used together with the needles to inject liquid or gases into body tissues, or to remove from the body. Most of the syringe are made of plastic, so it requires the syringe moulds. Zhengri Syringe Mould Making adopts Sweden mold steel S136 as the material of mould cavities and mould cores. Syringe Mold base is use P20 mould steel. These material can be customized. The mold life can reach over 3 million shots. The syringe barrel can be different type, we design the molds according to the samples of clients. The syringe mould can be cold runner and semi-hot runner.
