50PIN Double layered IDC(DDK,KEL)

The special IDC cable assembled with 50pin double layered IDC from Japan DDK and KEL.  Also the special 3M cable is bonded and split per 2.4 inch, which means we need calculate the cut length per pcs to make sure both sides are bonded for IDC crimping. Sometimes, we also need to make sure one side is bonded for IDC, and the other side by split one for soldering connector.

As below drawing and sample, the double layered IDC need special crimping tool to process. Two layers crimped together by one time, if it's not precise enough, then all calbe and connectors would be scrapped. Also we packed the cable individually by PE bag and labelled with customer required info.
