400 Auto Belling Machine (XL)

1. INTRIDUCTION(1). This machine is used to enlarge the pipe in straight mouth or R mouth. It can not only joint with plastic pipe line, but also be used as a single machine. This set is with high automation, and it's reliable. Electric controller adopts PLC formula to control. It can be worked by hand or self-motion. (2) This machine is composed by three parts: Quickly haul-off foundation, working head shelf and pipe sustaining and moving shelf. The quick hauling part sends the pipes to the pipes shelf automatically by working of near switch and quickly hauling shelf. Working head shelf is mainly composed by heating equipment, enlarger and cooling equipment. It is mainly used to finish pipes enlarging part's heating, expanding and cooling. Pipes sustaining and moving shelf is mainly composed by base and pipe's moving part. It is used to sustain the pipes and finish the displacement of the pipes enlarging. (3) The function adopts cooling rectangle stainless pipe welding. The rigidity is high and the friction is very reasonable. There will never be swaying and deforming phenomenon in the process. (4) The heating barrel adopts strong equilibrium circulating airway design. It can heat the pipes very quickly and decide the length correctly. In the heating process it can turn around positive and negative. At the same time it is with low consumption and small effect to the condition temperature. The material of the airway adopts stainless steel, which can assure no ferric oxide falling off to cause flecks in the pipes head when baking the pipes. (5) The cooling system adopts water cooling and it is added pressure outside. It has following advantages: Quick in pipe wall extending, uniform in changing shape, steady in shaping, quickly in cooling. All of that can assure pipe enlarger smoothly and circle regular. 2.
