Product description

A main component of A-type molecular sieve is aluminosilicate, with a LTA-type skeletal structure made of silicon-oxy and alumina tetrahedron. The main crystal structure is eight membered rings.
In molecular sieve 3A, potassium ion exchange of sodium ion, the formation with a pore opening of 3Å (1Å =1× 10-10m), that is type 3A (also known as KA-type) molecular sieve.
3A molecular sieve is a synthetic zeolite of A-type crystal structure in potassium-sodium form with a pore opening of 3 angstroms (0.3 nm).
Application:
Applied to the dehydrating gas streams of unsaturated hydrocarbon (e. G. Ethylene, propylene, butadiene, acetylene, etc. ) in olefin crackers prior to cryogenic separation of LPG or other olefin products; Applied to deep dehydration of olefin cracked gas in ethylene industry. It has superior coking tolerance and attrition resistant properties to guarantee longest service life and lowest pressure drop.
Molecular sieve for dehydration of ethanol (also known as molecular sieve for anhydrous alcohol) features large water absorption capacity, high compressive strength and low attrition rate, etc. It is applied to the dehydration of such alcohols as ethanol and methanol, absorbing water only. The high-purity anhydrous ethanol after dehydration is widely used in the biofuel, chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries;
Dehydration of benzene,  xylene and other solvents (e. G. Ethanol, methanol);
Natural gas dehydration and preventing formation of min. COS;
Dehydration of food-grade carbon dioxide;
Dehydration of oil and jet fuel.

Attention:
· The product cannot be exposed in the open air and should be stored in dry condition with air-proof package.
· The product should be regenerated after a certain period of adsorption. The appropriate regenerated temperature would be better below 350º C.
