Product Description 380MPa and 420 MPa  waterjet machinery water jet high pressure pump (HEAD2030) Waterjet machinery is a kind of material processing where jet of water and abrasive material mixture is used as a cutting instrument. It’s possible to cut almost any materials using water jet cutting: metals, plastics, composite materials, glass, ceramics, natural and artificial stone, veneer etc.
High cutting accuracy allows uniting details of different forms almost seamlessly. Among advantages of wet jet cutting one can point out absence of thermal influence on material. It allows to avoid burning and deformation of material on the cutting edge. Water jet outflowing from machine nozzle at a speed to 1000 m/sec provides the highest quality of the cut.    Working Principle       Water supply is mainly by hydraulic pressure,The basic process is       1. Through high-power motor driven oil pump, resulting in a high pressure of the hydraulic oil.       2. Hydraulic oil into the supercharger, through the reciprocating motion around water pressurization, when pressure, through the electronic directional control valve, adjust the entry of water and oil, so as to complete the water pressure.       3.  After pressure of high pressure water is stored in the accumulator, ready to provide a steady high pressure water cutting.       4. Accumulator and the connection between the cutting heads have a high pressure pipe, high pressure water knife on the pneumatic switch, high pressure water through ruby nozzle, then through sand tube nozzle jet, cutting head into the sand tube connected to the sand cone, rely on water jet when the negative pressure, automatic into the sand.It can be used to cut the water.At the same time, through numerical control software, control cutting head in X axis and Y axis movement.     Detailed information of HEAD water jet cutting machine just for you !
