Ornamental tubes are typically provided in 304/304L and 316/316L, but other materials are available.We also offer both sanitary seamless tubes and sanitary welded tubes to ASTM A269, A279, A249 DIN11850,ISO2037 Standard, and size is up to 12″.

• Wall Thickness: 0.7 ~ 3mm
• Material: 201 (Ni 0.8-1%), 304 (Ni 8%, Cr 18%) ,316L( Ni 10%-14%) , 201, 301,304L, 409, 430 
• Standards: ASTM A554/ EN10296-2
• Surface Finish: Bright Annealed, Mill Finish is available for both ID/OD. Mechanical Polish needs to specify either ID/OD
• Finish: 2B MIll Finish, No.4 finish, BA Finish, 400 Grit Finish, 550 Grit Finish, 600 Grit Finish
• Delivery Condition: AP (Annealed and Pickled), MP (Mechanical Polish), BA (Bright Annealed)
• Shapes: Round Pipes, Square Pipes, Rectangular Pipes, Special Shapes Pipes
• Manufacture process: Cold draw or Cold roll, Annealed&Pickled 
• Length: 6 meter or as for customer's request
• Packing: Packing in bundles by polythene & strapped Securely and wrapped with plastic bag. If require, then pack into wooden box.
  
• Application: Apply in handrail, sanitary wares, machinery equipment, hardware furniture, display shelf , automobile 

Quality & Inspection:

• A. Visual and Dimension Check, Chemical Testing, Physical Testing, Eddy Current Test or Hydrostatic Test in accordance to specification A999/A999 M.
• B. Ultrasonic test can be done by customer`s request.
• C. Mechanical Property test of Tensile Strength, Yielding Point, Elongation and Flattening test by Mechanical Test Machine and Hardness by Rockwell test.
