300L high pressure split solar hot water storage tank,double coils water tank for solar system

The Split pressure solar water heater is a split system, where the collector is from the storage tank. It is flexible assembly, combined with building perfectly. The system consist o storage tank, solar collector and working stations.   Two heat exchanger models can be used for houses which have been already equipped with other energy sources(e.g.gas,boiler etc). When he weather is cloudy or raining for a period of time, the water can be heated by upper heat exchanger sourced by other energy. All the storage tanks should be tested as tested pressure of 1.2(12 bar) and the working pressure is 0.6MPa(6bar).the daily efficiency is over or equal to 55%.   Working principle: Solar collector gathers energy and heat the medium material in the copper pipe, the medium transfers the heat to the water in pipeline the solar collector. When there is temperature difference(settled by customers ) between the two sensors in collector and tank respectivetyly, intelligence controller activates the circulation pump automatically, and force the flow of heat medium in the pipeline and do heat exchange with the water inside the tank via copper coil in the storage tank. In case the temperature of the water tank dose not reach T-max, then start the auxiliary heating device.    Features : 1) use heat pipe for the heat conduction and can get a high heat absorption efficiency and rapid heat transfer. 2) The pipeline is made of red copper and conducted by heat transfer medium liquid; the crust uses aluminium alloy mould material of high strength with airflow design 3) Good anti-frozen performance, it can still work under the environment of -30°C 4) Match with intelligence controller and assistant electrical heater, the system can hot water to you anytime. 5) The insulating layer ruses polyurethane bulk bubble and has a good effect of temperature preservation   Specification:   1.inter tank:SUS 304-2B food grade stainless steel with thickness of 1.0mm-2.0mm 2.out tank:stainless steel/galvanized steel/colour steel 3.capacity;80-500L 4.evacuated tubes; dia.58mm*1800mm,/850mm with heat pipe/U pipe 5.insulation layer thickness:50-70mm 6.bracket:galvanized steel with thickness of 1.5mm-1.8mm 7.heat preservation:72hrs 8.hail resistance:25mm 9.working pressure:0.6MPa     We also can customize and provide system with 400L and 500L, pls contact me.
