Description:

 

This machine has compact structure, complete control system and high automation. It is easy to operate,

 simple to maintain. Filling principle is gravity filling or normal pressure filling. Filling valves are made of stainless 

steel with high quality. It is suitable for different PET bottles with different shapes. When changing for   another bottle type, only need to change the star wheels, no need to adjust       machine height.

Bottle is transferred by clamping its neck, which avoid the second pollution to    bottle.

It is equipped with overload protection device which can make sure the machine  and workers in safe situation. 

Control system has the functions of testing caps, stopping work when bottles are blocked and counting 

capacity, etc. Main electronical parts and pneumatic parts are from world famous brands, such as MITSUBISHI, SIEMENS ,OMRON, AIRTAC, SCHNEIDER and so on, which make sure the machine has good quality.

Capping head is equipped with magnetic torque device to guarantee good effect  of sealing caps and not break the cap. The torque can be designed according to    real production demand.

Cap feeding system has perfect feeding technology and protection device. When  there is no bottle, cap is not delivered.

The machine is controlled by PLC. From bottle going in to bottle going out,   the whole process is controlled by micro-computer. Capacity and production speed can be shown on PLC screen.

 

 

Application

 

1.The equipment is used in production of bottled non-carbonated drink of fruit juice, fruit wine, mineral water and pure water. Rinsing, filling and capping are integrated in one machine.

2. The liquid filling technology of gravity which learned from latest technology from Japan and Germany is used in the design. The filling is fast. The fluid control is stability. There is non-drip phenomenon.

3. Spring cramps are used in the bottle rinsing process. The empty bottles can be turned overl80°along the conveying rail.

4. Rinsing the bottles inside and outside. The efficiency of bottle rinsing is high.

5. The magnetic torque is used for screw capping. The power of screw capping can also be adjusted without steps. The power of the screw capping can also be fixed, and the caps will not be damaged. The capping is reliable.

6. The whole machine is controlled by PLC with touch-screen as the human-machine interface. The amount of the drinks in the storage tank can be controlled automatically.

7. The filling and capping will be stopped automatically when there is no bottle. The machine will be stopped automatically. When bottles are cramped wrongly or when caps are not available.

8. Specially-designed rinser grippers which are made of stainless steel are film and endurable, with no contact to screw part of the bottle to prevent second pollution.

9. Rapid gravity filling valve with high flow makes filling faster with accurate liquid level and without any liquid loss.

10. Splint of star-wheel using twist descending way to simplify the process of bottle-size-changing.

4.High-speed, easily-cleaned filling valves with big flow volume are well CIP system and control system to rinse the equipment throughly.

5.Splint of star-wheel using twist descending way to simplify the process of bottle-size-changing. Only need to change arch board and star-wheel, within ten minutes.
