Before filaments producing, will dry material for 4 to 8 hours to make sure them in very nice condition

Laser diameter runs automatically to control diameter of filaments and keeps it in right range of 1.75/3.0mm and our engineer will adjust it immediately when it alarms to indicate of wrong size and this unqualified filament will be not used

Tolerance roundness: ±0.05mm

Before mass production, our engineer always do test to make sure that each batch of new raw materials must be printed by mark-bot or rep-rap 3D printer

In order to match same products, will attach identification label to packaging box for each roll of filament and various ones also will be classified in different pallets

Suitable for MakerBot, RepRap, Cubify and UP 3D printers
