  4. Advantages of Biodiesel  Engine is starting at low temperature(-10C).  It not belongs to dangerous cargo, so it’s easy to transport. There is less sulfur and aromatic alkyl in biodiesel, so it's less harmful to human and environment. As a kind of renewable energy sources, the biodiesel will not finised. The supply of biodiesel is not controlled by OPEC, it’s benefit to the stability of international petroleum market.  biodiesel parameter 5. Processes of Biodiesel Plant Pre-treated feedstock is reacted with methanol using a hydroxide catalyst in a single-stage process yielding fatty acid methyl esters. After removal of excess methanol, the crude methyl ester is settled to remove the co-product glycerol. Following sedimentation, the ester is vacuum distilled, which removes catalyst residues, free glycerin, and other undesirable products soluble in the ester. After distillation, biodiesel is discharged to storage. Preatment and Refinery:  The process adopts the continuous degumming, acid, dehydration, in addition to the complex technology, improving equipment utilization, lower equipment investment. Main process is: adding acid into raw material oil to make rubber miscellaneous flocculation, and adding alkali will free the fatty acid neutralization to be soponin, finally putting the gum miscellaneous and free fatty acids neutralizing into soap, and be separated from the oil, removing gum miscellaneous and free fatty acids, and thenl drying dehydration after a quick qualified the ester exchange reaction, get the qualified material, means refined oil.  Transesterification: In existed devices, have ester exchange process equipment, but the reaction kettle type reactor is no longer adapt to the current technical requirements, so we use the tube type  continuous turbulent reactor, with our independent design, independent research and development of the high-tech achievements, and we get good application in practical production. So far have not found in the same industry at home and abroad and achieve the same effect applied in the actual production of the reactor.    Methyl Ester Distillation: The process adopts the technology of continuous distillation fractionating tower, with high yield, light product color, no smell, etc. Main process is: first, the low boiling fractionation in the refinery tower become into a fuel oil, and second, the long carbon chain fatty acid methyl ester distillation in the carbon tower and get biodiesel and by-product asphalt plants.
