Product Description: "Youshi" brand PIR  Panel is using  Imports raw materials + advanced international  high pressure foaming process + own patented technology for producing polyurethane foam , with the surface embossing alu foil,steel sheet,PVC sheet ,galvanized steel sheet and so on. the panel we produce have the feature of high strength, no bubble collapse, non-absorbent, easy to paste, easy cutting , temperature range up to -265 °C ~ +205 °C. It is mostly used as buliding interior &exterior wall insulation, building roof insulation, building ground insulation, steel insulation panels, solar insulation, Refrigerated cold ,air duct line, locomotive cabinet insulation, incubators, military, aerospace and so on. Product characteristics: 1)Fire Safety: flame retardant level- B1 , Passed GB8624-2006 B-class safety performance type test, the oxygen index is more   than 33% . 2)Low thermal conductivity and energy saving : the world's lowest thermal conductivity 0.018W/m.K (25 °C), as to the material insulation effect,it is increased 30% compared to PU panel, compared to the XPS extruded materials,it  increased by 100 percent, however, compared to rock wool,it can increased by nearly 200% .  3)Low-carbon environmental protection: Adopt CFC-141b foam technology, ODP values ≤ 0.08, PH value = 7, does not contain formaldehyde, benzene free, anti-corrosion, anti-fungal, no impact on the environment, to meet international environmental requirements 4)Life span: 22 years without significant thermal conductivity changes, the service life is up to 80 years  Product Data Sheet
