But the sample cost will be refunded when you place the formal order.    Payment Term: If your order amount is less than USD2000.00, 100% advanced payment is required. If your order amount is over USD2000.00, 30% deposit before production is requirement, and balance should be made before container loading. Sight L/C, D/P is acceptable. We should have a further talking about it.   Lead Time: Orders are processed and shipped dependent on quantity.  One 20 feet container of different rattan furniture is about 15-20 days. One 40 feet container is about 20-25 days. If your order is more than one 40 container, we should have a further talking about it, in common; it is about 30-45 days. Port of loading: Shenzhen, China  / Guangzhou, China /  Foshan, China    Packing: Our standard packing is soft package. The furniture is totally wrapped by EPE sheets first. Then the package will be wrapped by card board. Carton packing is acceptable. Custom packing is acceptable. We can arrange packing according to your specific requirement.   Quality Warranty: The standard period of our guarantee is 2 years excluding rough handling. If you need 3-5 years’ warranty, we can accommodate. Please contact us for details. Defective items should be found within guarantee period.
