2011 Custom Short time delivery quality Assurance New Magnetic Compound Materials for sale   Magnetic Compound:   We supply granulated magnetic compound for extrusion of magnetic strips and magnetic compound for calendering of magnetic sheets. Magnetic compound consist of 90% bonded magnetic ferrite powder and around 10% CPE. We supply barium ferrite magnetic compound and strontium ferrite magnetic compound. All the additives have been put into the magnetic compound. The granulated magnetic compound for extrusion can be fed into the extruder directly to extrude refrigerator magnetic strip. The magnetic compound for calendering can be directly made the flexible magnetic sheets by rolling. We can supply magnetic compound according to the magnetic properties required by users. All the materials are in accordance with the European RoHS directive.   Magnetic compound material is mixed by ferrite magnetic powder and plastic resin in mixer, through mixing ,smelting, cooling, shaping and cutting process to produce final magnetic compound. Unimagnet uses imported automatic production line to manufacture magnetic compound which has high performance, good flexibility and stable granularity.    According to different producing technics, there are two kinds of magnetic compounds: injection magnetic compound and extrusion magnetic compound.   Injection magnetic compound is mainly used for producing permanent DC motor, stepper motor, printer and Magrollers of photocopier, bounce cylinder, inductor and Teletron gathering piece. Extrusion magnetic compound is mainly used for producing refrigerator door gaskets and other door seal gaskets.
