According to the above requirements,need to build different room,a general Workshop composes a raw material storehouse, a product storehouse, the storehouse for spare parts, the locker room, the exhibition room for visitors , ready to plant workshop, solar panel production line (clean room), solar panel repair room (clean room) and so on (our company will design lay-out paper in accordance to your firm’s request ).     Solar Panel Manufacturing Machine Customers' Sites:    For instance, the whole solar panel manufacturing machine assembly line factory area for 20MW is not less than 1200 square meters, including equipment area, raw material warehouse, and office rooms as well.
While the inner environment requirements for the factory are as follows:
1) Totally, lighting, temperature, air humidity, atmospheric pressure, exausting gas and disposal facilities at the factory should be capable to achieve normal requirements as general electronic products for manufacturing factory;
2) The temperature requirement for raw materials such as solar cells, EVA film, TPT sheet is 25°C±2°C;
3) The working environment for solar cells cutting, soldering, laying up and laminating should be ordinary purification, inner temperature should be 20°C-30°C;The room temperature for solar cells sorting and solar simulator testing should be 25°C±2°C.     Our service is as following: The turnkey package is also including services like: Detailed production process training before the delivery of the line at our show room; Preparation of the lay-out with indications for all functional requirements; Support for the raw material and its procurement; Certification support with fast track system.   Installation:  We send engineer or technicians to buyer’s factory to install machine. All expenditure on travel, food, accommodation and transportation of our engineers/ technicians for installation will be borne by buyer.
