PRODUCT INSTRUCTION

For the whole product, the base parts are made of brass. The basic principle: high pressure
water from spray gun is mixed with detergent from the tank, and then go through the pressed s.s.
strainer, the mixed water is stirred by the pressed strainer completely, so will be produced rich and
fine foam sprayed out.
The air knob, please see the picture below, is to adjust intaked air, the more the air in, the less
the detergent will be intaked. When the air knob is closed for air, detergent will be suctioned most.
Normally, working pressure of pump should be up to 60bar, there will be had foam spray. But we
suggest working pressure of pump should be up to 80 bar, then will be had good foam.
The nozzle knob, please see the picture below, is to adjust the spray angle, you can adjust the
spray angle as your request.
For plastic tank, normally is 1l, but considering the need of our clients, we also have 2l tank for
the product. And our clients also can order only 2l tank according to their request.
Our foam nozzle has two advantages:1. Material: Brass. Brass has higher quality lever and stronger strength than plastic. Machining brass components has better precision,smoothness and concentricity than injection plastic component which makes suck soap ability and spray pattern better .2,Our mesh filter is imported from Italy PA company
