In case of broken magnetic field connection or short circuit between turns of magnetic coil, the rotor should be overhauled or the generator assembly replaced.
If the battery is damaged, check whether the battery has serious power loss or short circuit between the plates. Replace the battery if necessary. If the charging current is too large due to the damage of the battery, the generator or charging circuit may be burned out after long time use, which should be repaired in time.

The driving belt of the generator is too tight, adjust the tension force of the driving belt;
Sweep boring machine inside generator, check the reason of sweep boring machine, replace generator if necessary;
If the bearings at both ends of the generator are badly lubricated or damaged, grease should be added or the bearings should be replaced;
Short circuit of magnetic coil, generator should be dismantled.
