1) The bed lathe is welded by thick wall seamless cast steel.   It is analyzed and designed with FEA and worktable is more reasonable and stable.

2) All of the bearings, ball screw, linear square rails, etc are lubricated and maintained automatically 
by the concentrate control system of the machine.

3) Japanese Yaskawa servo system.

4) Auto Tools Changer (ATC) with 8pcs of tools makes tools-changing rapidly and stably.

5) Vacuum sucking working table is divided into 6 individual zones, each of which has separate switch controller.
