Liaoning Hengye Automobile New Material Co., Ltd owns 3 rolling mill production lines, 1 production line for retainer ring deep processing (finished retainer ring), 1 production line for automobile wheel spoke, and the design capacity is 200,000 tons of section steel, 1,500,000 pieces of wheel spokes and 4,000,000 pieces of finished retainer rings.
 
(1)650 rolling mill production line
Main equipments: gas furnace, horizontal pusher, 650 rolling mill train, rolling type skew table roll cooling bed, straightening machine and shearing machine
Main finished products: 5.5-9.0 rim bar section steel and part of shaped profile steel.
 
(2) 470 rolling mill production line
Main equipments: gas furnace, horizontal pusher, 470 rolling mill train, rolling type skew table roll cooling bed, straightening machine and hydraulic shearing machine
Main finished products: 5.5-6.5 automobile rim bar section steel and various types of engineering rim and support ring.
 
(3) 400 rolling mill production line
Main equipments: gas furnace, horizontal pusher, 400 rolling mill train, rolling type skew table roll cooling bed, straightening machine and hydraulic shearing machine
Main finished products: 5.5-8.5 retainer ring section steel.
 
(4) Production line for retainer ring deep processing (finished retainer ring)
Main equipments: coiling machine, press automation system control, 9-roll straightening machine and spinning machine.
Main finished products:5.5F-8.5 finished retainer ring
 
(5) Production line for automobile wheel spoke (round disc)
Main equipments: closed single spot press, shearing machine, 9-roll straightening machine, punching machine, program vertical lathe and spot facing machine.
Main finished products: automobile wheel spoke with various specifications
