This new carbon mountain hardtail frame is fit for 26” wheelset. The Monocoque structure is designed to achieve superb stiffness, while the high modulus T800 carbon fiber is effective in absorbing shock and vibration to offer awesome riding comfort. Fully internal-cable routing not only makes the high-end frame neat-looking but also avoids possible dangers from pathside trees and the likes when you are riding in rough mountain areas. Besides, the internal-cable routing protects the cables from being polluted so it will save much money in bike maintenance. The standard tapered head tube ensures much greater stiffness in big downhill jumps than traditional non-tapered head tube. The bottom bracket area, the dropouts and other tube joints are enhanced with specialized structural designs of carbon fiber layers to yield absolute safety to your rough riding. The open and thru-axle hangers are two options for you to choose from. The standard BSA or BB30 BB is compatible with Shimano as well as other groupsets. You may choose rigid fork or suspension fork to go with this frame.

(1) What’s the difference between matte finish and gloss finish?
----The matte finish is not shining while the gloss finish is shining.

(2) I’m a heavy guy, about 90kg in weight. Is the frame ok for me?
----Yes. We conduct several tests on our frames. For example, Fatigue test. When we test the frame, we impose a force on each “pedal” with 100kg/”pedal” (total:200kg). The two “pedals” ride for 100,000 times. After the test, the frame is still perfect. Therefore, the frame is strong enough for your weight. In addition, the frame has two-year warranty. Please do not worry about it.

(3) What kind of fork can I use for the frame?
----The fork can be suspension or rigid fork.

(4) Do you have a carbon rigid fork to go with the frame?
----Yes. Carbon rigid fork is available.

(5) Do you have other carbon parts to go with the frame?
----Yes. We have carbon seat post, full carbon stem, alloy+carbon stem, carbon spacers, carbon bottle cages, carbon 26er mountain clincher wheelset, etc. to go with the frame.

(6) Can I choose carbon weave and finish, say 3k matte finish, for my frame?
----Yes. Please discuss about your requirements with us.

(7) Can I ask my frameset to be painted?
----Yes. We offer OEM custom painting. If you are doing a bike brand, we can paint your logo on the framesets. If you are an individual rider, custom painting is also acceptable.
Painting can be divided into three kinds: only colored paint, vinyl stickers, or a combination of both. Please send us your requirements of decal design, then we will paint your frameset to be unique.

(8) I’m going to replace my aluminum frame with the carbon frame, but my crankset is still good. Is my crankset fit for the frame?
----Yes. The frame has standard BB30 or BSA bottom bracket. When you place an order, please indicate the BB type.

(9) What if the frame has a problem?
---- The warranty is two years. If your frame has a quality problem within your warranty period, please contact us. We shall be obliged if you could illustrate the issue with pictures. You are expected to send the frame back to us, and then we will send you a new one.

(10) How can I place an order?
----You may contact us for the items you order by email or leave a message online. Please send us your email, full name, detailed address and telephone number as well. Then we will send you a proforma invoice for your confirmation.

(11) How should I make payment?
----We usually accept Paypal, T/T, Western Union, L/C. You may make deposit first. Before delivery, we will send the pictures of your frameset to you. After your confirmation, you pay the balance and we make delivery.

(12) If I use Paypal to make payment, shall I pay Paypal fees?
----Yes. The Paypal fee is 4%.

(13) I’m in the Netherlands. What shipping method shall I use?
----For customers in the Netherlands, we suggest Fedex or DHL which are a little more expensive than EMS. But Fedex or DHL ensures easier release from customs.

(14) Can I track my order?
----Yes. We will send the parcel to you with a tracking number.

(15) Why is my parcel kept at our customs for a long time?
----Usually the EU customs officers do not work on weekends or holidays, so it takes a little longer for the parcel to be released sometimes.

(16) What if our customs ask me to pay import duty?
----Usually the EU countries impose import taxes. Before delivery, you may contact us for a proper way to ship your order. We are not responsible for your import tax.

(17) When I receive my frame, I find it has been broken. What shall I do?
----It rarely happens. But it does. Please do not sign your name. Then the shipping agent would send the parcel back to us. We shall send you a new one.
