The operation procedure for 100% silicone for real dolls :
1, mixing part A and part B by mixing ratio 1:1, and stir it evenly.
2, vacuumize the silicone rubber after mixing.
3, Heating to cure the silicone rubber , the procedure can be injection or pouring.
Storage and notice of 100% silicone for real dolls :
1,medical silicone rubber is sensitive chemical product ,it need to be stored by sealing in shady and cool place, avoid heavy sunshine.
2,Don’t use the medical silicone rubber with some condensation silicone material, and don’t combine the silicone rubber with some chemicals which contain N,P,S; or it may cause the silicone rubber don’t cure, or not cured fully.
