Product Description
Active zinc oxide is a special zinc oxide suitable for the rubber industry, and can be used as a functional additive such as a vulcanization activator. Zinc Oxide ZnO-80GE has the characteristics of improving the comprehensive properties of rubber materials, reducing wear loss, improving wear resistance, high elastic modulus and low hysteresis loss, and can be applied to most rubber products.

The use and function of zinc oxide
1. Zinc oxide, as a petroleum product additive, is an essential anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion, anti-wear multi-effect compound additive in lubricating oil, accounting for about 10-15% of the consumption of various additives;
2. Zinc Oxide is widely used in the deep desulfurization and purification process of industrial raw material gas and oil such as synthetic ammonia, methanol and hydrogen production;
3. Adding zinc oxide to glass can increase transparency, brightness and tensile deformation, and can reduce thermal expansion coefficient. It has new functions in optical glass, electrical glass and low melting point glass.
