ZHJ-200B Series Continuous (horizontal) Automatic Cartoning Machine     Product Description   I. Introduction: The main feature of the equipment is high output, which can reach 180 boxes /minute. Its speed is controlled by the Mitsubishi frequency converter. It adopts the advanced electric control system, controlled by Mitsubishi touch screen and Mitsubishi PLC. The Taiwan coder with supplementary precision implementation, Sunx optical fiber, photoelectric switch and advanced mechanical design facilitate commissioning of different specifications of boxes. During running, various functions are controlled by PLC and other components. In case of no material, the book folding system will not work. In case of no book folding of the book folding system, box suction action will not be made. When box suction cannot be carried out, no feeding will be carried out. When none of the above actions is made, the materials will enter the waste container for recycling. The parts are all designed according to national standards, so that maintenance and replacement are convenient, and their price is low. We have made many innovations during design and manufacturing to make the machine more suited to various homemade raw and auxiliary materials.
