Product description

H type high temperature resistant non clog self-priming pump is my company with a single-stage single suction centrifugal pump self-priming chemical development and production of similar products at home and abroad, the pump for conveying the temperature of 0 DEG to 150 DEG C, containing solid particles less than 3 mm, containing less than 35% solid medium.

Pump performance range: flow rate of 1.6 ~ 400m3/h, head for 5 ~ 125m. Suction height of 5 meters or less.

According to the transmission medium, making material can be used in cast iron, cast steel, 304, 316, 316L and other materials.

5.Structure description

6.Pump installation

The pump installed reasonably or not, has a great influence on the normal operation and service life of the pump, so must be carefully fitted according to the correction, not sloppy, pumps installed by the appearance and size for ZH type self-priming chemical centrifugal pump size chart and table.

Pump suction and discharge lines must be additional support, not with the pump for support.

According to the installation location should be convenient to tour inspection and maintenance.

Inlet and outlet piping must be fitted with valves to be used for inspection and repair.

installation order:

The unit on the basis of buried foot bolt on the correction unit level, tighten the anchor nut.

Through the upper end of the pump liquid filling holes will be filled with liquid.

7.Start, stop, disassemble and assemble

A start

The opening of the cooling water, hand rotation of the shaft coupling, should not touch the phenomenon.

Check for the first time in the bracket of the lubricating oil and the pump cavity. (starting with no need to fill up again later)

Start motor, while the liquid filling hole to relax, do not tighten, the exhaust valves on the liquid outlet tube is also small open, to pump water and then slowly adjust, and tighten the liquid filling hole. Start to the water generally takes 2-10 minutes.

Should always check the pump bearing parts and motor temperature, the temperature should not be more than 75.

Note: pump operation should be no noise, such as abnormal situation, should immediately stop the inspection.

B Open the bracket and the pump body on the nut, remove the pump body, left the impeller nut, remove the impeller and key.

C The pump cover sleeve and mechanical seal on the pump shaft is removed from

E Open the bearing end cover at both ends of the bracket, remove the pump shaft and bearing, and then remove the bearing from the pump shaft.

6.Note the use of mechanical seals

This type of pump can be installed in different forms of mechanical seals according to different conditions of use (such as inside the single end balance and non balance, double end balance and non balance type, external mechanical seal, etc.) According to the different type of seal, the use of methods and precautions should be different, please refer to the specific circumstances of mechanical seal installation manual, GB3215-82 refinery, chemical and petrochemical processes of centrifugal pump under general technical conditions ", to provide some general precautions:

Remove the mechanical seal should be carefully, no percussion hammer and iron, so as not to damage the dynamic and static ring sealing surface.

Before the installation of mechanical seals, should check whether all the sealing element is invalid or damaged, if there is a re repair or replacement.

Should strictly check the dynamic ring and the static ring relative friction between the sealing surface, any slight scratches are not allowed, bumps and other defects, all the parts including pump body, impeller, seal cavity in the assembly should be clean, especially the dynamic and static ring face, carefully wipe clean with a clean, soft cloth or cotton yarn and then coated with a layer of clean oil or grease.

In the assembly must pay attention to the elimination of the deviation, fastening screws, to be evenly tightened to avoid deflection, so that the sealing failure.

The correct adjustment of compression spring, pump installed, in the hands of rotor, we should feel the seal spring not only a certain amount of compression, and can flexibly rotate light, not to bite the feeling. If the feeling is too tight or disk does not move, it should be appropriate to relax some of the.

Before starting, the cooling water should be turned on, so that the sealing cavity is filled with the sealing liquid. When parking, first stop the pump, then shut the seal cooling water.
