Product description

  • It has the properties of good thermotolerance, acid resistance and thermostability, it can be used as catalytic cracking active component to improve the gasoline octane number, propylene yield or hydrocarbons isomerization ability
  • FCC catalyst which is excellent stability, great activity, and low operating pressure, is produced on the base of our molecular sieves by ourselves
  • Zeolite ZSM-5 are mainly applied:
    • Catalytic cracking
    • Catalytic dewaxing
    • Toluene disproportionation
    • Xylene isomerization
    • Ethylene-benzene alkylation
    • Methanol converting to gasoline
    • Methanol catalytic dehydration to produce dimethyl ether
    • Lower carbon hydrocarbon aromatization
  • Structural states:
    • Crystallinity: ≥95%
    • Pore size: 5Å
    • Framework density: 1.81 (determined in isooctane)
    • Thermal stability: The differential thermal analyst (DTA) curve shows that the crystal exhibits no major structural change up to temperature of about 1,200℃
    • Hydro-thermal stability: the binder-additive catalyst could retain its crystallinity when treated under 100% steam at a temperature of 700℃ for 12hrs
    • BET specific surface area: 340≥m²/g
    • Na2O: ≤0.1%
    • SiO2/Al2O3=24-500
    • Knitted package under-wearing plastic bag 25, 40, 500kg/package
    • Not dangerous goods but avoid moisture and keep dry and air-proof during transportation
    • Store in the dry and ventilate area, do not put in the open air
